Delivery Problems

My only complaint centers on the delivery process. We have had several deliveries where we are informed "it is on the truck for delivery today" and the delivery is not completed until the 2nd or even the 3rd day.

Getting the day right and even an approximate time would be most helpful. Otherwise, we are very happy with WSJwine. Many thanks, Evan Schulman

Good products and good prices

Good products and good prices. This is my go-to-place for all my wine purchases. The packaging is always perfect and the delivery is usually fast. Highly recommended services.

Unwanted substitutions

I ordered a case of wines on special, where each selected wine comes paired with a reserve version of the same wine. (Which was why I ordered these wines)

But substitutions were made unbeknownst to me.

I would have appreciated an email with options before shipping this to me, instead of a note explaining the substitutions after the fact, simply placed in the shipping carton.

In trying to order twice today I was placed on hold and when the Indian gentlemen answered he dropped me. I do enjoy giving wine as a gift but it is too hard and frustrating trying to order from you and I will look for a replacement vendor. Thought you should know. Customer #B003151834 code ADVW017. Consistent, good service

We live in a rural area where wine selection is limited. WSJ Wine has provided consistent and good service through the years. Thank you.

My View of WSJ Wines....Over time.

This is a generalize review of my six years of WSJ Wine purchases. Comments are made about delivery, customer service and product quality.
Delivery is very good, smooth, and the only issue is that often Fedex says one delivery date while WSJ says another.
Product quality I find to be very good. Only one complaint in over sixty orders.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired as I have pointed out for five years. WSJ internal processes, statements, and web pages are often poorly worded, misleading or missing information. If you do not understand your statement chances are the C/S rep will not either.
Bottom line? I still purchase 8-10 cases every year and hope there is no need to speak with anyone at WSJ Wines offices.
